Totally real-life. The double-yolked egg means, when cracked by the women in my family, either a pregnancy or an impending death.
Took the pie to the retirement home and it turns out my patient died a few days ago.
(Gave the pie to the nursing staff anyway, because if anyone deserves it they do.)
